30 minutes. Your data. No pitch deck.
One call, under mutual NDA, against your own production records. We run the filters you're already running and show you what they missed. If the read isn't compelling, there's no next meeting — no follow-up cadence, no "circling back."

What the first call actually looks like.
One call, hard-stopped at 30 minutes. Signed under mutual NDA. We look at the filters you're running today and what they've rejected. The artifact — not a deck — is emailed to you inside the hour.
If the read isn't compelling, we tell you on the call. No follow-up sequence.
By the end of the call you will have seen your own filter stack, live, over a redacted sample of your own records. Not synthetic data. Not a demo tenant.
- Show you a slide deck, feature matrix, or "platform overview."
- Ask you to forward us production data before an MNDA is signed.
- Put you into an email cadence after the call ends.
- Quote pricing without seeing a sample of your hiring volume.
One team. One inbox. No tiered support.
Every contact — from an MNDA question to a production page — lands with the same small group. We don't gate post-sale support behind a customer-success layer.
Questions we get before the first call.
Six answers that usually save a round-trip email. Everything else — legal, security, deployment — is a direct reply, not a self-serve portal.
01 Do I need to send data before the call? +
No. We countersign a one-page mutual NDA, then you bring a redacted sample of your own records to the call itself. Nothing leaves your laptop until the MNDA is on file, and nothing is retained after the session.
02 What does your legal package look like for a security review? +
The artifact pack includes: SOC 2 Type I + II reports, our DPA, sub-processor list (short — we run our own infrastructure), pen-test summary, and the architecture diagram from Architecture. Email support@nodes.inc and you'll have it the same day.
We do not claim ISO 27001, HIPAA, HITRUST, or FedRAMP. Any framework beyond SOC 2 is a customer-program alignment, not a Nodes-held certification.
03 Where does our data live after we deploy? +
Inside your VPC or on-prem cluster. Customer-owned keys. Read-through only — no replication to Nodes-side storage. Revoke the key and inference stops: it's contract-bound, not a support ticket. Full deployment topology in Architecture.
04 Can I talk to your existing production customer? +
Once we're in the POC phase, yes — under a separate three-way NDA. We don't broker cold reference calls before mutual paperwork. One production reference today; see Case Studies for the full write-up.
05 What if we're not a Fortune 500 enterprise? +
We deploy below that line when the deployment model fits — single-tenant, in-perimeter, SOC 2-relevant. If annual hires are under ~500 or you don't need a VPC deployment, write anyway and we'll be straight about whether we're the right shape.
06 Do you record the call? +
No — not by default. If you want the session recorded for internal review, turn on your own recorder; we'll note it in the MNDA. Our side keeps handwritten notes and the artifact pack. That's it.
Your number is sitting in your data right now.
$1.68M in production yield on one Fortune 500 deployment — $54.35/day × 47 days acceleration × 658 hires. Same unit economics, different corpus. 30 minutes tells you which direction yours points.
