Company-published insurance research, 2022–2025.

A real investigation: test the rule against what happened.

Two results appear separately below: a finding from historical records, and a company-published deployment result. They are different evidence, measured differently.

The rule and the proposed approach, as published in the research.
Rule examined Screen out applicants without prior industry experience.
Proposed decision approach Test that screen against production records before deciding how experience should affect selection.
10,765 Agents studied · 2022–2025
2,863 Producing agents the screen would have excluded

A historical study of 10,765 agents found the screen would have excluded 2,863 producing agents. That is a finding from historical records, not proof of new revenue or net savings.

Company-published · CFO-validated

A separate deployment result:

$1.58M in Q1 2025 net savings — one Fortune 500 insurance carrier

Its CFO validated the result under the customer’s definition. This company-published result is not an independent audit or a 72-hour pilot outcome.

  • Reduce sales handoff delays
  • Investigate recurring charges
  • Find where work gets stuck

Pilot deliverables

Decide whether the proposed change is worth pursuing.

Your pilot scope sets out what you receive:

01

The finding.

What could change and where the opportunity comes from.

02

The evidence.

Supporting records, with gaps and assumptions visible.

03

The comparison.

Today’s approach and the proposed change, side by side.

04

The economics.

The calculation, relevant costs and when benefits could occur.

05

The next action.

A proposed workflow or plan, its dependencies and approvals.

06

The measurement.

How your team would check whether the change worked.

The $1M calculation

Agree on what counts before you pay.

01

The calculation separates added revenue, avoidable expense and the value of time freed.

02

Revenue is not profit.

03

Hours freed are not automatically payroll savings.

04

We agree on which benefits count, and count each once.

Hypothetical · not customer results · not quoted prices

Illustrative expense example. All figures are hypothetical, not customer results or quoted prices.

Suppose records identify 300 unused service charges of $500 a month. Contracts permit stopping them after month two of an illustrative 12-month period.

Two hypothetical scenarios over an illustrative 12-month period. All figures are hypothetical.
Scenario Expense avoided over 10 months Total costs Potential net savings
300 charges $1.5M $300K $1.2M Meets the $1M threshold
Only 200 qualify $1M $300K $700K Misses $1M → full refund

The second case misses $1M.

Before this becomes a finding

A real finding must establish that each charge is unnecessary, can be cancelled, and will stop on those dates. Costs include the pilot, further licensing after any credit, implementation, operation and exit costs. The pilot fee is counted once.

What the pilot runs on

Start with the opportunity. Decide how far to take it.

Nodes is designed to connect company evidence, propose workflows, carry out approved actions, measure results and retain useful company knowledge.

01Connect company evidence
02Propose workflows
03Act on approved actions
04Measure results
05Retain useful company knowledge
Use the pilot to decide whether to pursue the proposed change. Before continuing work, we agree on the actions, capabilities, access and measurement needed.
After a successful pilot, your full $25,000 fee credits toward annual Nodes licensing if you proceed.
Pilot FAQ

Before we talk.

01We already have an AI team or consultants.

Bring the priority they are working on. The conversation establishes whether Nodes can make a useful contribution and what the pilot would need to show.

02How can this take 72 hours?

The clock begins after the agreed data is ready. We establish the scope, required evidence and readiness conditions beforehand. Data access and preparation come before that clock; a production rollout follows its own agreed scope.

03What data do you need?

It depends on the question. We agree on the records and access required for that scope. You do not need to upload data or connect systems to request the first conversation.

04What if you cannot support $1M?

If we miss the agreed threshold within the 72-hour pilot window, we refund the full $25,000. The finding is judged against the evidence and economics agreed before payment.

05Do we have to buy an annual license?

Annual licensing is a separate decision. If your pilot meets the agreed threshold and you proceed, your full pilot fee is credited.
